Technical Recruiter - Engineering

As a Technical Recruiter for Engineering at TRM Labs, you'll drive the R&D organization's ability to attract, engage, and hire top technical talent. Your success will be measured by the velocity and quality of TRM's talent acquisition. You'll join a seasoned Talent team that has hired world-class Engineering, Data Science, GTM, and People teams for notable Silicon Valley startups.

What you'll do

• Build a high-velocity recruiting engine that efficiently identifies and recruits the best technical talent to TRM
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of technical roles and teams
• Create positive candidate experiences throughout every touchpoint
• Develop creative and impactful sourcing strategies to find and hire a diverse and exceptional team
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and increase the efficiency of hiring
• Analyze and interpret recruiting metrics, conversion rates, and market data to refine strategies and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
• Execute TRM's rapid hiring velocity: schedule intake meetings within 72 hours, conduct 5-10 recruiter screens within the first week, and analyze data and optimize search strategies within two weeks

What you bring

• 5-7+ years of technical recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
• Proven experience hiring hard-to-fill technical roles, with expertise in sourcing tools, market research, and personalized outreach strategies
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new roles and requirements, demonstrating flexibility, curiosity, and a high tolerance for change
• Exceptional communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers, provide regular updates, and manage expectations
• Strong persistence and a results-oriented mindset to handle challenges, follow up on passive leads, and meet ambitious outreach targets
• AI fluency: you apply AI to accelerate workflows, structure and solve problems, improve output quality, and increase speed and leverage in your craft

Nice to have

• Sourcing experience for Data Science, Backend, Frontend, Full-Stack, Infrastructure, or Security teams

What we offer

• Base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan
