Token Utility Expert

As a Token Utility Expert at Singularity Venture Hub, you own the strategy and execution around driving meaningful utility for tokens across the SVH ecosystem and incubated ventures. You work with a team of builders, strategists and investors helping ambitious founders scale transformative Web3 projects.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement token utility frameworks that align with long-term ecosystem value and user engagement
• Collaborate with Product, BD, and Tokenomics teams to design features that enhance token usage across protocols and applications
• Work closely with incubated projects to craft tailored token use-cases, both on-chain and off-chain
• Monitor adoption metrics and refine strategies based on data, market trends and user behavior
• Contribute to token economy modeling, incentive design and value accrual strategies
• Ensure regulatory alignment in the design and evolution of token utilities
• Stay ahead of trends across Web3, DeFi, GameFi and SocialFi to identify innovative utility pathways

What you bring

• Deep knowledge of token design, incentive structures and real-world utility case studies
• 3-5 years of experience in token utility, tokenomics or product roles in Web3 environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• An analytical mindset with the ability to translate on-chain and off-chain insights into strategic actions
• Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with remote, asynchronous teams
• A curious, solutions-focused approach and genuine passion for crypto innovation
