Trader / Portfolio Manager — Hyperliquid / DEX Perps

Studio is building a small private investment vehicle deploying proprietary capital in crypto perpetuals, with a strong focus on Hyperliquid and DEX-native trading. We're seeking one emerging trader or portfolio manager with real-money evidence of edge in systematic or discretionary long/short strategies.

What you bring

• 6-12+ months of live trading experience with real capital, not paper trading
• Strong understanding of perps, funding, leverage, liquidation mechanics and execution
• Experience trading Hyperliquid or similar venues
• Ability to research, backtest and deploy strategies independently
• Clear risk management and controlled drawdowns
• Ability to explain where your edge comes from

• Directional long/short
• Cross-sectional momentum
• Mean reversion
• Funding-rate strategies
• Basis / relative value
• Market-neutral books
• Order-flow / microstructure signals
• Liquidity provision / market making
• Event-driven crypto strategies
