At Wormhole Labs, you develop and run trading strategies for tokenized equities, pricing and hedging risk across onchain markets and traditional brokerage venues. This is a hybrid trading and engineering role where you manage capital and write the code that puts your strategies into production. Wormhole Labs builds Sunrise, a platform that helps token issuers launch and list their tokens on Solana, having orchestrated the launch of 100+ assets accounting for more than $10 billion in cumulative trading volume.

What you'll do

• Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities, setting parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits while optimizing for evolving business goals
• Price instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions
• Measure execution quality by benchmarking fills against references, analyzing markouts, and turning what you find into strategy improvements
• Monitor positions, inventory levels and P&L in real time, proactively flagging risks, executing adjustments, and continuously improving tooling and monitoring
• Integrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory

What you bring

• 4+ years of trading experience at a market maker, OTC desk, prop firm or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities
• Experience developing RFQ systems
• A rigorous approach to risk management: you track exposure, hedge thoughtfully, and escalate early when conditions shift
• Comfort operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment
• Strong analytical and software engineering skills, for example in Rust
