Trading Analyst (Crypto Market Making) | Bangalore

As a Trading Analyst at BrownRice Capital, you build and improve pricing, spread, inventory, and risk logic for market-making strategies. You own automated quoting across exchanges, OTC desks, and RFQ venues, monitor market conditions in real time, and contribute directly to desk PnL through better risk management and execution decisions.

What you'll do

• Build and improve pricing, spread, inventory, and risk logic for market-making strategies
• Own automated quoting across exchanges, OTC desks, and RFQ venues
• Monitor inventory, capital allocation, and market conditions in real time, and adapt quoting based on risk
• Support treasury and cash management across exchanges and counterparties
• Research signals, backtest ideas, and analyze strategy performance
• Improve execution quality and help refine live trading systems
• Contribute directly to desk PnL through better risk management, inventory turns, and execution decisions

What you bring

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in trading, quantitative analysis, or systematic strategy roles
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• A good understanding of financial markets

Nice to have

• Python experience
• Crypto market experience
