Trading Support Analyst

The Trading team at Crypto.com develops and operates quantitative trading strategies across prediction markets, equity markets, and crypto markets. We are looking for a Trading Operations & Support Analyst to support live systematic trading, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help improve the reliability and efficiency of trading systems and processes.

What you'll do

• Monitor live trading systems, strategies, orders, positions, P&L, and risk.
• Act as the first line of support for trading, execution, exchange connectivity, and production issues.
• Investigate and resolve order, position, P&L, reconciliation, and trading-system exceptions.
• Coordinate with traders, quantitative developers, exchanges, brokers, and other counterparties to resolve live trading issues.
• Support strategy deployments, system releases, testing, and production changes.
• Monitor exchange and market events, outages, connectivity issues, and other operational risks.
• Analyze trading and operational metrics to identify issues and improve processes.
• Develop tools and automation to improve monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and trading operations.
• Maintain operational procedures and controls for production trading.
• Participate in local trading coverage and rotating weekend coverage.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in electronic trading, trade support, trading operations, production support, or a related role.
• A strong understanding of electronic trading, order lifecycle, positions, P&L, and risk.
• The ability to troubleshoot issues calmly and effectively in a fast-moving production environment.
• Strong Python or scripting skills; SQL experience is preferred.
• Experience working with large trading or market datasets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting systematic, algorithmic, or market-making trading.
• Experience with prediction markets, equities, crypto, futures, options, or other derivatives.
• Experience with exchange APIs, FIX, order-book data, or real-time trading systems.
