Treasury Manager

As a Treasury Manager at Ripple, you report to the senior manager of global liquidity management and own all aspects of global treasury liquidity management. You work daily with cross-functional and cross-regional teams to manage cash and crypto assets for a company with over 900 employees across 15 offices that has processed 27M lifetime transactions worth nearly $50B.

What you'll do

• Run daily liquidity positioning to position cash and crypto assets so Ripple meets global obligations and funds products on time
• Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity forecasting processes for every subsidiary and business owner
• Lead global cash and stablecoin pooling to minimize idle balances, improve yield, and design efficient funding structures
• Partner with Finance to define, report on, and drive improvement in working capital metrics
• Deliver periodic cash reports and forecasts that give management clear visibility into balances and sources and uses of cash
• Work with treasury leadership to shape and execute the global treasury management system strategy across business lines and develop tools that support day-to-day liquidity management
• Monitor and mitigate exposure from foreign-currency assets and liabilities
• Build strong working relationships with Accounting, Finance Ops, Tax, Compliance, Crypto Ops, and other teams to guide decisions on how cash and cash equivalents are used
• Own relationships with regional and global banking partners to implement liquidity and investment strategies
• Mentor new hires and junior team members

What you bring

• 6+ years of treasury experience at a multinational corporation or financial institution
• A track record leading daily cash management and cash forecasting
• Hands-on experience with bank data integration and SWIFT connectivity
• Experience designing and implementing netting, a global in-house bank, or follow-the-sun liquidity structures
• Proven success building reporting, accountability, and performance mechanisms that help a team operate at a high level
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to run multiple projects at once
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and the ability to influence teams whose priorities compete
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• A collaborative approach that promotes excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement through technology
• A bachelor's degree in Finance or a related business field

• Experience with other analytical tools beyond Excel and Google Sheets
