VIP Relationship Manager, CIS Region

As a VIP Relationship Manager for Bybit in the CIS Region, you serve as the primary point of contact for our global VIP clients. You enhance customer experience, foster client loyalty, and drive business success across the region.

What you'll do

• Perform client acquisition and strong relationship management with a portfolio of global VIP clients
• Build rapport by enhancing and expanding relationships with existing clients through frequent and sustained communication
• Build key customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and track the status of key customers
• Analyze client behavior, identify unspoken needs, and prepare key customer analysis reports
• Liaise with stakeholders across different departments to provide optimal service solutions and experience

What you bring

• A client portfolio including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks
• Experience working in trading platforms or exchanges
• Prior working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking or investments
• Strong communication and written skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines while managing multiple tasks
• Enthusiasm for the crypto industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations
