Web3 Project Manager

As a Web3 Project Manager at Hyphen Connect, you drive core product, partner, and go-to-market initiatives from concept to market impact. Beyond managing schedules, you own the commercial and operating logic behind each project to drive real growth in active Curators, deployed Vaults, and overall AUM.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across asset access, Curator onboarding, Vault operations, risk controls, distribution, and liquidity.
• Translate strategic business goals into scoped plans, milestone tracking, and practical operating models including incentives, fee structures, and subscription/redemption mechanics.
• Guide initiatives from problem definition through launch readiness, removing blockers, identifying risks, and pushing for quick resolution.
• Track post-launch outcomes such as AUM growth, partner activation, and user adoption, and build decision-oriented updates for management.
• Standardize recurring workflows into reusable playbooks, launch checklists, and operating frameworks.

What you bring

• 3+ years in project or program management, business operations, strategy and ops, or product ops.
• Strong ability to connect commercial goals with operational realities and drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Skill at structuring ambiguous challenges, analyzing product and financial metrics, and establishing team focus on high-impact outcomes.
• Clear, concise communication for executives and execution teams, paired with high ownership and proactive risk escalation.
• Fluent English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, RWA, digital asset management, or financial infrastructure.
• Familiarity with fund mechanics such as NAV, subscriptions and redemptions, fee models, and portfolio allocation, or on-chain systems such as smart contracts, custody, and APIs.
• Proven track record working with institutional partners or cross-border teams.
