Web3 Security Leader - CyberScope

As Web3 Security Leader at CyberScope, a TAC Security company, you lead, manage, and scale the company's global Web3 and blockchain security business. You work closely with the Group CEO and leadership team, owning end-to-end responsibility for converting CyberScope's capabilities, market reputation, and product portfolio into sustainable business growth.

What you'll do

• Lead global sales, business development, and customer expansion across the Web3 security vertical.
• Build and execute the company's go-to-market strategy.
• Develop strategic partnerships across the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem.
• Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, collections, and commercial performance.
• Strengthen product positioning and product-market fit.
• Coordinate with technical, product, marketing, and delivery teams.
• Manage business operations, budgets, hiring, and team performance.
• Establish scalable processes and strong operational governance.
• Manage customer, regulatory, reputational, and commercial risks.
• Represent the company with customers, partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
• Own all activities reasonably required to grow the Web3 security business.

What you bring

• Senior leadership experience in cybersecurity, Web3, blockchain, or technology.
• A strong record of building and scaling revenue.
• Experience managing sales, business development, operations, and product strategy.
• Strong relationships across the Web3, blockchain, crypto, or cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Commercial ownership and a target-driven mindset.
• Experience leading distributed and international teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and strategic partnerships.
• The ability to operate independently while remaining accountable to company leadership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel globally as required.
