2027 Sales and Trading Internships - NYC

Join Galaxy Digital's Summer Internship Program as a Sales and Trading intern in New York City. This nine-week, on-site program runs June 7 through August 6, 2027, giving you hands-on experience working on real products and problems alongside the team building them. You'll gain exposure across multiple areas of the business, with rotational opportunities across Franchise Trading, Principal Trading, Sales, Lending, and On Chain Trading desks.

What you'll do

• Support Galaxy Trading on a variety of projects collaboratively and independently, including market and token analyses, scripting and automation, trading strategies, and operational support
• Learn the scope of products and tailored solutions offered to Galaxy clients
• Help the sales team refine coverage models, automate workflows, and create product offering decks
• Assist with day-to-day team processes including creating market color reports, prospecting new accounts, managing existing relationships, creating trade ideas, and structuring trades
• Develop your knowledge of digital assets, DeFi, macro, derivatives, and related topics
• Pitch trades based on what you learn on the desk

What you bring

• General knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Broad interest in global markets, trading, derivatives, strategy, and business development
• Critical thinking skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong emotional intelligence and comfort communicating with others
• Ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
• A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Excel
• You must be an undergraduate or master's student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028; eligible master's students must have fewer than two years of relevant full-time work experience. PhD and JD students are not eligible.
