Account Executive - Stablecoin Solutions

As an Account Executive at Jeeves, you own go-to-market for InstantPay and related stablecoin products. This is a hands-on role for an experienced B2B seller who understands stablecoins, regulated crypto infrastructure, treasury and FX economics. You will close high-value deals, run pilots, and drive adoption of InstantPay by helping customers reduce settlement time and FX costs while ensuring regulatory and operational safety. The role is based in Bogotá, Colombia, as a full-time hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in our office in the Parque de la 93 area.

What you'll do

• Acquire high-quality new clients through efficient outbound strategies and cross-sell and upsell existing clients through consultative sales
• Identify business opportunities targeting mid- to large-sized businesses, enterprises, and later-stage venture-backed startups, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Own the full sales cycle for InstantPay and adjacent stablecoin solutions: prospecting, discovery, product demos, proposal, negotiation, pilots, implementation and expansion
• Target and close mid-market and enterprise customers such as exporters and importers, e-commerce sellers, IT and outsourcing firms, logistics providers, SaaS companies and multinationals across your assigned region
• Sell value at the CFO and Head of Treasury level, demonstrating FX economics (up to 80% FX cost savings versus traditional banking), settlement time improvements, and operational benefits
• Manage and grow your pipeline through territory planning, account strategies, and accurate forecasting to hit quota
• Lead pilots and coordinate cross-functional delivery by working with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and partner stablecoin and custody providers to ensure smooth onboarding and secure settlement rails
• Provide timely, detailed feedback to Product and Engineering teams to evolve InstantPay's features and integrations such as cards, credit, spend management, and APIs
• Work with Partnerships and Legal to manage relationships with regulated stablecoin issuers, custody providers and infrastructure partners
• Develop and own go-to-market plays including pricing, packaging, and vertical motions, collaborating with Marketing to drive demand and case studies

What you bring

• 6+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing mid-market and enterprise deals; prior quota-bearing AE role preferred
• Direct experience selling stablecoin, crypto payments, blockchain or crypto infrastructure, OR deep experience in cross-border payments, FX and treasury products with demonstrable appetite for crypto innovation
• Strong understanding of regulated stablecoin models, custody, rails and counterparty risk, plus practical experience working through KYC/KYB and compliance requirements for payments and treasury products
• Experience selling to senior finance leaders such as CFOs and Heads of Treasury, and managing complex multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement processes
• Excellent consultative selling skills including ability to build financial models, present ROI and negotiate commercial contracts
• A network of B2B relationships in targeted verticals such as exporters and importers, e-commerce, logistics, and SaaS
• Comfort operating in a high-velocity startup environment with a proactive, resilient and metrics-driven approach
• Experience using CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
