Affiliate Business Development Manager, Southeast Asia

As an Affiliate Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia at OKX, you develop and optimise affiliate campaigns that bring trading users and income to the platform. You expand the influencer network in your local market, identify potential affiliates through creative strategies, and use data analysis to drive conversion rates and business growth.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns while building new affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing partners
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in the local market to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure conversion rates
• Analyse user habits and behaviour to judge trends in business development

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimisation methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
