Binance Accelerator Program - TradFI Business Development

Join Binance as a TradFi Business Development professional in the Binance Accelerator Program. You will drive partnerships and go-to-market execution for Binance's traditional finance and real-world asset (RWA) products, working across a global organization to expand adoption among institutional partners.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with TradFi partners to drive adoption of Binance's tokenized equities and RWA offerings, measured by partner-sourced volume and revenue
• Assist in planning and executing launch campaigns and distribution programs for TradFi products alongside internal teams and external partners
• Map TradFi and RWA verticals to identify issuance and distribution partners, benchmark pricing, and evaluate regulatory considerations
• Track partnership and go-to-market KPIs including onboarding funnel metrics, volumes, and conversion to first transaction, with clear reporting for leadership
• Coordinate across product, listing, legal, compliance, and marketing teams to move deals from term sheet through to live product
• Apply AI and automation tools to streamline partner onboarding, due diligence, and pipeline management
