Affiliate Manager

As an Affiliate Manager at OKX, you develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns to expand the platform's influencer resources in local markets. You bring trading users and income to the platform by building and improving affiliate networks, identifying potential partners, and driving business development strategy through data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Develop, manage, and optimise affiliate campaigns, building new affiliate networks and improving the performance of existing ones
• Focus on expanding influencer resources in local markets to bring trading users and income to the platform
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates
• Optimise business development strategy and plan corresponding actions to ensure strong conversion rates
• Analyse user habits and behaviour to judge business development trends

What you bring

• 3+ years of affiliate marketing or business development experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Experience building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience with analytical tools and reporting such as Google Analytics and Amplitude
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
