KOL BD | SEA

As a KOL BD specialist at Bitunix, you own business development strategy for the Southeast Asia market, driving partnerships and growth with key opinion leaders, communities, and trader groups. You'll build and scale local relationships, run KOL campaigns, and represent Bitunix at industry events while delivering measurable results against assigned KPIs.

What you'll do

• Own and execute BD strategy for the SEA market, driving partnerships and growth
• Build, manage, and scale local partnerships including KOLs, communities, trader groups, and industry platforms
• Identify and onboard KOLs, maintain relationships, run campaigns, and optimize performance
• Attend industry offline events and meetups frequently to represent the company and deliver presentations
• Define plans, track progress, and consistently achieve assigned KPIs with measurable results

What you bring

• Proven experience in the crypto industry in BD, growth, ecosystem, marketing, or partnerships
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem, including key players, trends, and community dynamics
• Strong BD execution skills: sourcing, negotiation, closing, and end-to-end delivery
• Hands-on experience expanding and managing KOLs and influencers with clear outcomes
• Strong KPI and results ownership, data-driven and able to hit targets under pressure
• Self-driven, curious, and proactive learner
