Affiliate Operations & Product Lead, Crypto

As an Affiliate Operations & Product Lead at a fast-growing global digital asset and financial technology platform, you will drive the development and growth of the affiliate business across onshore markets. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role for someone who understands affiliate ecosystems, partner acquisition and trading platform growth. You will act as the central link between Affiliate Business Development, Product, Business Intelligence and other internal stakeholders to build scalable systems and strategies that support sustainable business expansion across multiple markets.

What you'll do

• Lead the development and growth of the affiliate business across onshore markets
• Build, optimise and continuously improve the affiliate growth framework, operating model and commercial processes
• Partner closely with Affiliate BD, Product Managers, BI and other stakeholders to achieve business and revenue targets
• Conduct market research to understand affiliate business models, partner needs, operational pain points and competitive dynamics
• Monitor competitor strategies and market developments, translating insights into actionable growth initiatives
• Establish efficient operating mechanisms and cross-functional workflows to improve execution quality and speed
• Empower BD teams with appropriate tools, data, processes and insights to acquire, develop and retain top-tier affiliates
• Analyse affiliate performance data, identify business issues and uncover opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities, translate business requirements and develop scalable affiliate capabilities
• Build product and operational infrastructure that can support affiliate growth across multiple markets
• Take a hands-on approach to testing, validating and implementing new strategies, processes and product solutions

What you bring

• A solid understanding of affiliate business models within digital asset exchanges, online trading platforms, fintech or other performance-based financial services businesses
• Experience working with affiliates, referral partners, publishers, KOLs, channel partners or performance marketing ecosystems
• A background in affiliate operations, product, business development, partnerships, commercial strategy or related functions
• Strong understanding of affiliate profiles, partner acquisition methods, incentive structures, operational requirements and common pain points
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with strong attention to detail and data-driven problem-solving
• Demonstrated ability to identify issues from data, partner feedback and day-to-day business operations
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented and commercially minded approach with accountability for delivering measurable outcomes
• Comfort working hands-on and gathering first-hand market information rather than relying solely on high-level analysis
• Experience working across multiple markets and managing international stakeholders
• Professional fluency in English and Chinese, with additional language skills as an advantage

• Experience working in a fast-paced international technology, fintech, trading or digital asset environment
