Analista de Martech Pleno

Mercado Bitcoin needs a data-driven analyst to own the measurement layer for marketing and product. You will design the data collection architecture, controls, and dashboards that drive media and product decisions across a platform operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. You bring hands-on experience in digital analytics, measurement, CDP, ad tech, growth analytics, or analytics engineering.

MB is a Payment Institution and Securities Broker registered with Brazil's central bank (Bacen) and also a crypto broker. The company operates 24/7 across web and app, managing journeys from signup and KYC through first deposit and first trade, while navigating regulatory requirements, privacy constraints, and the convergence of behavioral and financial data. This role makes that environment measurable, automated, and trustworthy. You own the truth of acquisition and product data for the entire company.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain the measurement architecture: build and oversee the tagging plan and data layer for web and app (GA4, GTM, and GTM Server-Side), define event taxonomy, naming conventions and a data dictionary, and ensure consistency across channels, platforms, and products.
• Implement server-to-server data collection and resilience: set up and maintain server-side integrations with media platforms (via API) and MMPs such as Singular, reducing reliance on cookies and browser signals while preserving match quality.
• Operate CDP and activation: model and manage audiences and syncs within your CDP (Hightouch or equivalent) between the data warehouse, media platforms, and CRM, including event ingestion to Braze and governance over what gets triggered, to whom, and by which rule.
• Build product analytics: set up and maintain instrumentation in Mixpanel (or equivalent), translate user journeys into funnels, cohorts, and activation and retention metrics, and feed these into roadmap planning rather than reporting dashboards.
• Own attribution and media performance: maintain your attribution model and track media performance end-to-end from click through deposit to revenue, with reconciliation across platforms, MMP, and BigQuery.
• Automate, monitor, and deliver dashboards: build pipelines and models in BigQuery with data quality tests, event-break monitoring, and early alerts; automate manual controls and deliver decision dashboards for Growth, Product, Brand, and leadership.
• Serve as the technical measurement point of contact for Growth, Product, Engineering, CRM, and Data teams.

What you bring

• A degree in engineering, computer science, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years in digital analytics, martech, measurement, or growth analytics with direct hands-on responsibility for implementation, not just report consumption.
• Practical expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager: you can debug data layers, firing order, duplication, missing events, and discrepancies between sources.
• Understanding of how the paid media ecosystem works and how a conversion flows to the advertising platform.
• Strong documentation skills: another person can understand and maintain what you build.
• Ownership mindset: when a number looks wrong, you investigate to find the root cause instead of just reporting the anomaly.

Nice to have

• Product analytics experience with tools such as Mixpanel.
• Hands-on work with MMPs such as Singular.
• Experience with CDPs such as Hightouch and CRM/engagement platforms such as Braze.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or another regulated sector, including signup, KYC, and funding journeys.
• SQL skills.
• Python for automation and analysis.
• AI applied to analysis, automation, or technical documentation.
