Associate Director, Institutional Distribution & Partnerships

As Associate Director of Institutional Distribution and Partnerships at Animoca Brands, you lead front-line distribution across the institutional product set, including fund LP origination and tokenized RWA distribution. You own a clear coverage segment with a path to grow alongside the business.

What you'll do

• Originate, qualify, and progress institutional prospects end-to-end, including family offices, EAMs, funds, corporate treasuries, and crypto-native institutions
• Run the full onboarding journey with clients: KYC/AML coordination, subscription documents, and liaison with fund administrators and licensed distribution partners
• Support partnership execution by preparing materials, managing follow-ups, and carrying workstreams from term sheet to live distribution
• Maintain rigorous pipeline and CRM discipline; produce management reporting on coverage and conversion metrics
• Represent the platform at industry events and in client meetings across the region

What you bring

• 4 to 5 years in institutional sales, investor relations, or business development at a bank, digital-asset firm, or asset manager
• Existing institutional relationships in Asia or a strong drive to build your own network
• Fluency in tokenized RWA products and the latest market developments
• A self-starting, organised, and ownership-driven approach
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
