Associate Product Manager, Graduate Leadership Program

As an Associate Product Manager in Trust Wallet's Graduate Leadership Program, you join a selective, fast-track cohort into product management. You'll own real product features from day one, shipping to millions of users and working directly with senior product, engineering and business leaders. The program focuses on the self-custodial wallet space in Web3, where you'll question assumptions and bring fresh perspectives.

What you'll do

• Own real product work in one or more focus areas: AI and agentic payments, stablecoins and payments, trading, and user growth.
• Explore what's next by researching and prototyping new ideas in agentic payments, where AI agents can transact on-chain for users.
• Turn user problems into clear product requirements (PRDs), user stories and success metrics, working with engineering, design and data.
• Analyze the market and competitors across wallets, DEXs, DeFi trading platforms, stablecoins and payment networks.
• Define KPIs, run experiments and measure the impact of what you ship.
• Pitch your ideas directly to product leadership, with your best ideas getting built.

What you bring

• 0-2 years of work experience, including internships. A degree in any field is welcome, as long as you can show strong analytical thinking.
• Structured and logical thinking: you can break a messy problem into clear parts and a recommendation.
• Clear communication, in writing and in person, able to explain complex ideas simply.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Grok or Cursor, and curiosity about AI agents.
• Genuine interest in Web3: you've used a wallet, a DEX or stablecoins, and you can talk about what works and what's broken.
• Ability to learn fast with a strong sense of ownership, comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Web3 experience: DeFi, perpetuals trading, stablecoin payments, hackathons or DAO contributions.
• Side projects, a product teardown, a newsletter, or an active X/GitHub presence.
