Binance Accelerator Program - Marketing (South East Asia)

Join Binance as a Marketing Accelerator in South East Asia. You will execute integrated marketing campaigns, grow local communities across social channels, and coordinate events and partnerships that drive user acquisition and engagement for the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange.

What you'll do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and brief through execution and performance measurement.
• Develop new content, channels, and creative concepts for experimentation, optimization, and acquisition growth.
• Structure, manage, and grow community through local social channels, increasing reach, engagement, and conversion via social media and content marketing strategies.
• Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to foster positive community engagement.
• Identify community-building opportunities and manage KOL and affiliate partnerships.
• Design and implement incentive programs to promote engagement and growth with existing and potential networks.
• Coordinate cross-departmental cooperation between Binance teams, including business development, marketing, lead generation, market research, and data requests.
• Brainstorm and implement online and offline event plans and concepts.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and vendor negotiations for event management, marketing inventory, and program finance.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme such as Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in community management with hands-on experience from student groups, campus clubs, or volunteer projects, such as running a social media account, organizing an event, or moderating a Telegram or Discord group.
• Some experience helping with community initiatives such as an online forum, ambassador programme, event series, newsletter, or social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Experience helping to plan or run online or offline events, ideally as part of a student or volunteer team.
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and current trends.
• Flexibility to engage with the crypto community outside standard hours when needed.
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and a proactive attitude with strong ownership.
