Blockchain Developer (BSC)

As a Blockchain Backend Leader at K-GROUP, you will report directly to the PM and CTO, leading the backend architecture for Runnow.io, a gamification move-and-earn project on the Binance Smart Chain. You'll research, design, and develop smart contracts, token incentive systems, and blockchain technologies that power a decentralized gaming ecosystem where users earn income from physical activities like walking, jogging, running, cycling, and swimming.

What you'll do

• Research, design, develop, and test smart contracts, token incentive systems, and other blockchain technologies
• Build and maintain client and server-side applications responsible for integration and business logic
• Brainstorm and evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they evolve
• Engage with the global blockchain community to implement and integrate the latest improvement proposals
• Document new solutions and maintain existing technical documentation

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience in Web services and API development
• Strong experience in one or more backend languages: Go, Python, TypeScript, Java, C++, C#, or Scala
• Proven experience designing and building scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure distributed systems
• Strong working knowledge of public blockchains
• Deep understanding of complex data structures and algorithms

Nice to have

• Experience writing smart contracts, understanding subgraphs, and knowledge of Solidity and the Graph Protocol
• Familiarity with cryptography
• Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and databases like Postgres
• Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
• Experience with GitHub and cloud platforms, preferably AWS
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity with an entrepreneurial growth mindset
