Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer at India's Future Investors, you design, build, and maintain blockchain-based solutions that power game mechanics, tokenized rewards, and secure transaction flows for a money entertainment reality show. You work across product, design, and content teams to translate entertainment and competition concepts into robust, scalable blockchain features.

What you'll do

• Design and implement smart contracts for game mechanics and tokenized rewards
• Integrate cryptocurrency and payment rails into the show's digital ecosystem
• Build back-end services and APIs that connect blockchain functionality to the platform
• Ensure secure data handling and cryptographic integrity across all transactions
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for reliability and user experience
• Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to translate entertainment concepts into blockchain features

What you bring

• Strong expertise in blockchain and cryptocurrency, with experience designing and deploying smart contracts and decentralized applications
• Proficiency in back-end web development and software development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks
• Solid understanding of cryptography principles and secure coding practices
• Experience with at least one major blockchain platform such as Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, or Binance Smart Chain
• Experience with smart contract languages such as Solidity or Rust
• Familiarity with Web3 libraries, wallet integrations, and token standards such as ERC-20 or ERC-721
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams

• Background in fintech, gaming, or entertainment tech
• An interest in money, competition, and user engagement
