Blockchain Developer Intern

As a Blockchain Developer Intern at Dialectic, you support development across the stack of a crypto-native investment and building firm focused on DeFi. You build backend tooling, connectors to on-chain systems, and data pipelines that feed DeFi yielding strategies and inform capital deployment decisions, working within a small, dynamic team with real influence over technical direction.

What you'll do

• Develop backend tooling and services in Rust
• Work closely with the Yielding team to develop strategies
• Build connectors to smart contract systems
• Support the team with insights and best practices

What you bring

• Software development experience, including in Rust
• Experience in the Ethereum ecosystem
• Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries such as ethers, alloy, and foundry
• An entrepreneurial mindset: independent, flexible, and self-directed
• Self-motivation, discipline, and attention to detail with a strong work ethic
• Ability to use AI tools to maximize efficiency

Nice to have

• Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts
• Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis methods
• Knowledge of database software tools, quantitative analysis, and data visualization
• Solidity experience or the ability to read smart contracts
• Advanced data visualization skills
