Blockchain Developer

As a Blockchain Developer at iQuantsGraph, you join an entry-level position building hands-on experience in smart contract development and dApp integration on EVM-compatible chains. You work with strong fundamentals in blockchain concepts and programming to help ship real blockchain products in a fast-moving startup.

What you'll do

• Assist in writing, testing, and deploying smart contracts on BNB Chain using Solidity
• Support integration of frontend interfaces with smart contracts using Web3 libraries such as ethers.js and web3.js
• Write unit tests for contracts using frameworks like Hardhat or Foundry
• Help debug and document contract behavior, gas usage, and transaction flows
• Participate in code reviews and learn secure coding practices for smart contracts
• Assist with wallet integration including MetaMask and WalletConnect, and basic authentication flows such as SIWE
• Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to understand API and data requirements

What you bring

• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals including consensus mechanisms, gas, transactions, and wallets
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, including async/await patterns and working with APIs and JSON
• Working knowledge of Solidity from academic projects, bootcamps, or personal projects
• Understanding of EVM basics and how smart contracts interact with the chain
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, fast-moving startup team
• Curiosity about financial markets, trading systems, or decentralized finance
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative development in a growing product
• A B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn in a startup environment

Nice to have

• Personal projects or GitHub contributions involving smart contracts, including testnet deployments
• Exposure to development tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or Remix
• Basic understanding of DeFi concepts including AMMs, liquidity pools, and DEXs
• Familiarity with React and Next.js for dApp frontends
• Coursework or certifications in blockchain development
• Familiarity with ethers.js or web3.js libraries

Selection process

The selection process consists of three rounds. The first round includes comprehensive, hands-on programming assessments conducted on the day of interview. The second round involves a formal code review followed by a rigorous technical discussion regarding your submitted codebase. The third round is a week-long practical assessment involving a specific development assignment to evaluate your performance. Only final year students who can contribute full time will be considered for internship opportunities. Advancement in the evaluation process depends on successful demonstration of fundamental hands-on programming skills.
