Brand KOL Specialist

As a Brand KOL Specialist at Binance, you will assist in building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, support event coordination, and help manage communications during critical situations. You will represent the brand at KOL events and play a key role in ensuring smooth collaboration and positive public perception.

What you'll do

• Assist in identifying and engaging KOLs aligned with Binance's brand values
• Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company

What you bring

• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
• Confidence and comfort attending events and engaging with influencers
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• The ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally
