Business Analytics (AI) & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenization) Manager

As a Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships Manager at Binance, you combine data-driven insight with deal-origination skills to unlock tokenization and TradFi opportunities for the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange. You'll source and analyze market data, develop commercial strategy, originate partnerships with issuers and institutions, and own deals from pitch through close, working cross-functionally across product, legal, compliance, and engineering.

What you'll do

• Source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning in collaboration with the data team
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations on pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market approach
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats for leadership to use when engaging external parties and pursuing TradFi opportunities
• Maintain a working map of the TradFi landscape (banking, brokerages, market infrastructure) to drive commercial strategy
• Proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new opportunities
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch through negotiation, closing, and handover, measured on deals closed
• Lead commercial discussions by structuring partnership economics, modeling value, and negotiating terms
• Feed market intelligence back into strategy to shape what Binance pursues next in tokenization and partnerships
• Align with product, legal, compliance, and engineering teams to close deals

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong commercial and operational acumen with critical problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Project and change management experience
• Deep understanding of tokenization, real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto
