Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager

As a Business Analytics & Strategic Partnerships (Tokenisation) Manager at Binance, you drive commercial success in the tokenisation space by turning market data into deal flow and closing partnerships with TradFi institutions. You own the full cycle from identifying opportunities with issuers, investment banks, and exchanges, through structuring terms, to closing and handover. You report on deals closed and feed market intelligence back into Binance's tokenisation strategy.

What you'll do

• Source, clean, and interpret TradFi market data, opportunities, and competitive positioning, working closely with the data team to surface insights
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations on pricing strategy, market entry, deal structuring, and go-to-market approach
• Package analysis into decision-ready formats for leadership to use directly when engaging external parties and pursuing TradFi opportunities
• Maintain a working map of the TradFi landscape (banking, brokerages, market infrastructure) to drive commercial push
• Proactively identify and engage issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms to develop new tokenisation opportunities
• Own the full deal cycle from initial outreach and pitch, through negotiation, to closing and handover
• Structure the economics of partnerships, model the value, and land terms that work for both sides
• Feed market intelligence back to shape Binance's tokenisation and partnership strategy going forward
• Work cross-functionally with product, legal, compliance, and engineering to get deals over the line

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem-solving skills
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels
• Project and change management experience
• Deep understanding of tokenisation, real-world assets, digital assets, token issuance, or the institutional side of crypto
