Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer at Axiology, you take full ownership of commercial strategy and execution as the company scales. Axiology is a regulated financial market infrastructure company, licensed under the EU DLT Pilot Regime, building production-grade trading, settlement, custody, and issuance infrastructure for tokenised securities. You work directly with the founders, turning market opportunity into revenue, mandates, and long-term institutional relationships while building and leading a high-performing commercial team.

What you'll do

• Own commercial strategy, pipeline, and revenue growth end to end
• Lead, mentor, and scale the sales and business development team
• Originate and close senior-level institutional relationships and mandates
• Define and execute go-to-market strategy across tokenised bonds, funds, and market infrastructure services
• Collaborate closely with product, regulatory, and operations teams to align commercial execution with licensed capabilities
• Represent Axiology at the executive level in Europe and selected international markets in discussions with banks, brokers, issuers, infrastructure providers, regulators, and policymakers

What you bring

• Senior executive experience in capital markets infrastructure, exchanges, post-trade, banking, brokerage, or closely related fields
• Deep, practical understanding of capital markets end-to-end: issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and regulation
• Proven ability to lead people and build teams, not just close individual deals
• Strong institutional credibility and comfort engaging with C-level counterparts
• Clear-eyed enthusiasm for tokenisation and digital market infrastructure focused on substance over hype
• Entrepreneurial mindset: ownership, accountability, and the ability to operate in a scaling environment
