Communications Manager - Global

As a Communications Manager at Binance, you shape the narrative of a leading global blockchain ecosystem trusted by 300+ million people in 100+ countries. You own executive thought leadership, media relations, corporate messaging, and brand positioning across the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users.

What you'll do

• Oversee Binance's speaker program, securing high-impact speaking engagements, managing logistics, speaker calendars, and briefing documents
• Develop newsworthy stories and secure earned media opportunities including key media, KOL and podcast interviews focused on security, compliance, product innovation, and institutional growth
• Maintain and build Binance's executive speaker bench through media trainings and ensuring consistent messaging across channels to elevate executive profiles as credible industry voices
• Deliver industry and market insights for earned media to advance Binance's position on key market issues, policies, and trends
• Build, maintain, and expand key media relationships with top-tier business, finance, tech, and crypto media outlets
• Consistently secure high-quality media coverage including interviews, commentary, op-eds, and feature stories for key spokespeople
• Organize media events and strategic engagements during key conferences
• Support key corporate announcements, partnerships, and campaigns with strong cross-team alignment and localized strategies
• Maintain and evolve Binance's master messaging architecture for internal and external use across core company initiatives
• Develop cohesive storytelling across channels for core business priorities while working closely with legal, compliance, and policy teams
• Own Binance's presence and positioning in major industry rankings and reports
• Lead and manage the global awards database end-to-end, including nomination submissions and tracking opportunities
• Leverage key industry voices and relationships to support communications efforts and campaigns

What you bring

• Experience in creative, agency, marketing, operations, or project/program management environments
• Experience working in fintech, tech, crypto, or similarly fast-paced industries
• A collaborative personality that prioritizes efficient collaboration and team success
• Demonstrable project management, workflow coordination, or operations experience
• Strategic, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• In-depth understanding of the creative process, including static and video production
• Prior experience with complex problem-solving and standard operating procedure (SOP) development
• Advanced proficiency in Asana or similar tools, including workflow automation, reporting dashboards, and integrations; experience scaling such infrastructure across cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative production workflows, including familiarity with LLM-based tools (for example Claude, ChatGPT, SafuGPT), AI image and video generation platforms, and creative automation tools (for example Figma plugins, Adobe AI features, localization platforms)
• Experience evaluating, procuring, and onboarding creative tools; ability to assess requirements, build business cases for tool investment, and manage vendor relationships
