Community Conversion Intern

As a Community Conversion Intern at BingX, you oversee the official and partner Telegram communities in Indonesia. You drive daily community engagement, broadcast trading signals, and support users through the full conversion funnel from registration and KYC to deposits and first-time trades, while organising operational data to optimise community growth.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations, content release, and user interaction across official and partner Telegram communities in Indonesia
• Release trading signals, facilitate trading discussions, and maintain cybertribe engagement
• Track user conversion across registration, KYC, deposits, and first-time transactions, and organise operational data to support growth

What you bring

• Fluent Indonesian and good communication skills in Chinese or English
• Experience with Telegram community operations and daily community management
• Diligent work ethic, strong execution ability, sensitivity to activity data, and basic data analysis skills
• Interest in cryptocurrency and trading markets
• Ability to commit to an internship of at least 6 months
