Community Manager (Web3 Gaming)

As a Community Manager at Larva Technologies, you build, manage, and grow online communities within the gaming and Web3 ecosystem. You focus on audience acquisition, community engagement, retention, networking, and converting community interest into active participation across platforms like Telegram, Discord, and X.

What you'll do

• Build, grow, and manage online communities across Telegram, Discord, and X (Twitter).
• Leverage existing networks, audiences, and communities to attract new members and potential users.
• Develop and execute community growth strategies to increase membership, participation, retention, and organic reach.
• Create engaging community content, discussions, polls, campaigns, and interactive activities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with gaming communities, Web3 projects, influencers, and potential strategic partners.
• Organise and coordinate online events, AMAs, competitions, tournaments, and community engagement activities.
• Communicate product updates, features, announcements, and relevant information to community members.
• Educate community members on gaming ecosystems, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and Web3-related concepts.
• Monitor community discussions, feedback, questions, and sentiment to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track community growth, engagement rates, member retention, and campaign performance.
• Prepare regular community performance reports and provide insights based on engagement metrics.
• Moderate community platforms by managing discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and addressing spam, scams, and inappropriate behaviour.
• Identify and implement strategies to reactivate inactive members and maintain consistent community participation.
• Collaborate with marketing, growth, product, and development teams to align community activities with broader project objectives.

What you bring

• An existing community, established audience, or demonstrable influence over an active network.
• Proven experience in community management, audience development, or digital community growth.
• A good understanding of gaming culture, cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Experience managing Telegram, Discord, and X communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop engaging content and execute effective community growth campaigns.
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and audience engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse community performance metrics and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Experience organising online events, AMAs, competitions, and interactive community activities.
