Senior Ambassador Manager

As Senior Ambassador Manager at BC Game, you'll be the trusted partner for our global ambassadors and the connector between our Brand and Creative teams. You'll manage relationships with around five high-profile ambassadors and their managers or agencies, turning campaign ideas into coordinated reality across content, productions, events and appearances.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for a roster of approximately five global brand ambassadors, their managers and agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Partner with the Creative Director to translate campaign ideas into clear, actionable requests for ambassadors and their teams
• Coordinate ambassador availability for campaigns, productions, events and content creation
• Manage contracts meticulously, tracking all deliverables across content, appearances, shoots and events
• Follow up on commitments with confidence and maintain detailed records of completed work, outstanding items and upcoming obligations

What you bring

• At least five years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, sports, esports, entertainment or a similar field
• Direct experience working with high-profile talent, managers or agencies
• A solid understanding of contracts and commercial deliverables
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with outstanding written and spoken English
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple ambassadors simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail and documentation
• The persistence and confidence to follow up on commitments, politely but firmly
• Flexibility for international travel and non-standard hours when needed
• Full working rights in Poland; this role does not offer sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience managing major brand ambassadors or creator partnerships
• A background in gaming, esports, entertainment or iGaming
• Experience coordinating talent across campaigns, productions and live events
