Consultant Senior Blockchain & Crypto F/H

As a Senior Blockchain and Crypto Consultant at KPMG, you lead end-to-end strategic missions around blockchain use cases, crypto-assets, and tokenized finance for major financial actors and large enterprises. You work within the Blockchain and Crypto community of the Strategy and Business Transformation team, which guides clients through Web3 technology challenges, from acculturation and strategy to prototype development, smart contract review, and crypto project due diligence.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic missions end-to-end covering blockchain use cases, crypto-assets, and tokenized finance, including strategic studies, due diligence, opportunity analysis, scoping, business cases, and project management
• Define target operating models (TOM) and support their implementation across business divisions such as Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Innovation
• Integrate regulatory considerations including MiCA and pilot regimes
• Facilitate strategic workshops with senior management and C-suite executives, and maintain high-level client relationships
• Actively contribute to business development through proposals, presentations, and opportunity identification
• Mentor junior consultants and ensure methodological quality of deliverables
• Build the practice profile through publications, conference speaking, and structured monitoring of the blockchain and crypto ecosystem

What you bring

• A degree from a business school, engineering school, or university (Bac+5 equivalent)
• At least 3 years of significant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or within a crypto or fintech organization
• Solid understanding and strong interest in blockchain ecosystems, crypto-assets, and tokenization, including business use cases, infrastructures, regulatory issues, DeFi, and market trends
• Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and maintaining high-level client relationships
• Ability to structure complex problems and formulate executive recommendations
• Natural leadership and capability to manage teams
• Excellent written and oral communication in French and English at minimum B2 level in both speaking and writing
