Consultant Senior Blockchain & Crypto F/H

As a Senior Consultant in Blockchain & Crypto at KPMG, you lead end-to-end strategic missions around blockchain use cases, crypto-assets, and tokenized finance. You work within the Blockchain & Crypto community inside the Strategy & Business Transformation (S&BT) team, supporting financial actors and large enterprises on their Web3 technology challenges.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic missions from start to finish on blockchain use cases, crypto-assets, and tokenized finance, including strategic studies, due diligence, opportunity analyses, scoping, business cases, and programme management
• Define target operating models (TOM) and support their implementation with business, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Innovation leadership
• Integrate regulatory requirements such as MiCA and pilot regimes into your recommendations
• Run strategic workshops with C-suite executives and boards, maintaining high-level client relationships
• Contribute actively to business development through proposals, pitches, and opportunity identification
• Supervise junior consultants and ensure the methodological quality of deliverables
• Contribute to the practice's visibility through publications, conference speaking, and structured monitoring of the blockchain and crypto ecosystem

What you bring

• A Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school, or university
• At least 3 years of significant experience in management consulting, strategy, digital transformation, or within a crypto or fintech organization
• Solid understanding and strong interest in blockchain ecosystems, crypto-assets, and tokenization, including business use cases, infrastructure, regulatory issues, DeFi, and market trends
• Demonstrated experience leading missions and managing high-level client relationships
• Ability to structure complex problems and formulate executive-level recommendations
• Natural leadership and the ability to supervise teams
• Excellent written and spoken French and English, minimum B2 level in both modes
