Crypto Institutions Sales Executive

As a Crypto Institutions Sales Executive at Revolut, you'll accelerate growth by building strategic partnerships with institutional clients in the digital assets space. You join our Sales team, which powers customer growth around the world by owning market segments, solving complex problems, and helping more customers discover the value of Revolut's products and services.

What you'll do

• Identify, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects in crypto and digital assets
• Understand client requirements and position the full Revolut X stack to meet their needs
• Identify gaps in the market and collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new institutional-grade offerings such as lending and prime brokerage
• Own the entire sales funnel from initial outreach and market research through drafting and closing complex partnership agreements
• Maintain high-touch relationships with your book of business, gathering actionable feedback to drive continuous product improvement
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements to ensure Revolut's value proposition remains best-in-class

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development within a high-growth financial environment
• 3+ years of dedicated crypto institutional exposure in the digital asset or Web3 space, specifically in outbound sales
• A robust, active book of business and network across hedge funds, HFTs, banks, and asset managers
• A proven track record of initiating, managing, and deepening relationships with clear examples of revenue growth
• Familiarity with institutional-grade products including OTC flows, API trading, and custodial architecture
• Fluency in English with exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex concepts to C-suite executives
• The capacity to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on high-yield KPIs
• A thorough understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape surrounding digital assets and institutional trading
