DEX Marketing Lead - Japan

As a DEX Marketing Lead at Bitget, you own PopDEX's growth strategy and execution in Japan. You drive user adoption, partner growth, and community engagement for Bitget's Universal Exchange, which serves over 125 million users and provides access to 2M+ crypto tokens, tokenized stocks, ETFs, commodities, FX, and precious metals.

What you'll do

• Own and execute PopDEX's growth plan in Japan, from strategy to day-to-day execution
• Source, onboard and manage Japanese KOLs, trading communities and media partners across X, Discord and Telegram
• Drive affiliate and referral sign-ups, and support partners day to day
• Run PopDEX's Japanese community channels, and localize content and campaigns so they feel native, not translated
• Organize and host offline trader meetups and community events in Japan
• Gather feedback from Japanese traders and turn it into actionable input for the product and growth teams
• Track partner and campaign performance (sign-ups, active traders, volume) and report results regularly

What you bring

• Native Japanese speaker with strong working English (Chinese is a plus)
• 2+ years in crypto BD, community or growth roles focused on the Japanese market
• An established network among Japanese crypto KOLs, trading communities and media
• Solid understanding of perpetual futures and how active traders think
• Data-driven approach: you measure what works and cut what doesn't
• Proactive, hands-on mindset and comfort working independently in a remote, cross-border team
