What you'll do

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty
• Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and display networks to align with business objectives and generate positive ROI
• Oversee the marketing strategy for events, from initial promotion through post-event follow-up, ensuring effective publicity, attendance, and contribution to brand awareness and lead generation
• Drive organic growth by leading on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword research, content optimization, link-building initiatives, and site performance monitoring

What you bring

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in marketing or performance marketing, preferably within the tech or blockchain industry
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot and Google Analytics, virtual office tools like Gather, Zoom, and Slack
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written
• An energetic and proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and thrive under pressure
