Head of Growth

As Head of Growth at NODEWORTHY, you'll lead user acquisition and retention strategy for a consumer crypto security product with an established user base. Working directly with the founders, you'll identify valuable user segments, build new distribution channels, and expand reach to more active crypto users. Your focus is on attracting and retaining users who meaningfully engage with the product, not simply increasing installs or sign-ups. You'll build the growth function and take direct responsibility for its results.

What you'll do

• Own user growth and retention, leading acquisition, activation and 30-day retention with clear measures for acquisition cost, retained users and revenue
• Identify the most valuable user segments and build new distribution channels beyond the product's current reach
• Drive measurable growth through partnerships, referrals, communities, influencers, organic distribution or similar channels
• Use data to assess user quality, distinguish sustained engagement from sign-up volume, and understand how acquisition cost, activation, retention and user activity affect revenue
• Take growth initiatives from planning through execution, test different approaches and make decisions based on results

What you bring

• Proven B2C growth experience with measurable results in users, activation, retention or revenue; experience scaling a product from hundreds of thousands of users to millions is especially relevant
• Strong understanding of DeFi, wallets, exchanges, trading behaviour and crypto communities
• A track record growing products beyond paid advertising through partnerships, referrals, communities, influencers or organic distribution
• Strong commercial and analytical judgement, with the ability to set targets and own performance in a lean environment
• The ability to take growth initiatives from planning through execution, test different approaches and make decisions based on results

Nice to have

• Relationships with protocols, KOLs, communities or distribution partners in crypto
• Direct experience growing a crypto product or acquiring crypto users
