Director, Customer Partner Success

As Director of Customer Partner Success at Ripple, you will lead relationships with Ripple's most valued clients across our Payments, Custody, Stablecoins and Tokenization solutions. Based in Singapore, you will serve as the main contact for global and regional financial institutions such as banks and asset managers, working within the Sales function to drive client growth and retention strategy.

What you'll do

• Act as the main contact for Ripple's most valued clients, with a focus on leading global and regional financial institutions such as banks and asset managers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing business or technical concerns.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
• Advocate for your clients throughout the Ripple ecosystem.
• Encourage productive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams.
• Focus on client retention and satisfaction by developing strategies to support their organic growth.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with Ripple's roadmap.
• Conduct structured business reviews to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Discuss and negotiate contractual and commercial terms with clients while developing strong technical competence in blockchain technology and traditional financial solutions.
• Help develop and streamline internal processes to ensure efficiency and detailed execution.
• Represent Ripple at industry events when required.

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in account or relationship management within the Financial Services or Technology industry.
• Proven experience in the capital markets or payments sector, or a related field.
• Experience overseeing the delivery of complex financial or technology services to large institutions.
• A demonstrated track record in identifying and capitalising on commercial opportunities with established client bases.
• A deep understanding of blockchain technology and traditional financial services.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Nice to have

• A strong existing network across the payments and capital markets industry in Southeast Asia and East Asia.
• Additional language skills.
