Ecosystem Marketing Lead

As Ecosystem Marketing Lead for Beacon Network at TRM Labs, you own the growth strategy for TRM's intelligence-sharing network across crypto exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and compliance and risk teams. You set the strategy, run member acquisition, drive the engagement loop, ship the ecosystem marketing program, and own the metrics that matter: active members, signals contributed, signals consumed, and category visibility.

What you'll do

• Own top-of-funnel member acquisition for Beacon Network across exchanges, financial institutions, wallet providers, and adjacent compliance and risk teams. Set baseline targets, quarterly goals, and channel mix to lift active member count.
• Own the engagement loop: signals contributed, signals consumed, member-to-member intros, peer roundtables, and member-led content. Set cadence for member success programming including onboarding, monthly value reports, and quarterly business reviews.
• Ship Beacon Network's category visibility program: industry events, peer roundtables, partner co-marketing, analyst engagement, and category content. Use AI as your default first move for event briefs, content drafting, and partner research.
• Serve as the single human source of member feedback into the Beacon Network product and partnerships team. Run a weekly product-feedback cycle and turn field signal into roadmap.
• Coordinate with the broader Marketing organization on shared community surfaces, including the Compliance Community and LEOLabs, to leverage overlapping audiences and objectives.
• Operate as a one-person team. Brief contractor and AI resources, ship fast, kill what is not working, and report cleanly to Marketing leadership.

What you bring

• 5+ years of marketing experience with at least one role scaling an enterprise member network, industry consortium, or B2B community on a measurable baseline.
• A public-facing track record: members you acquired, networks you grew, events you ran, communities you built.
• Demonstrated AI fluency. You use AI tools daily across content, research, outreach, event briefs, and analytics.
• Compliance, fraud, or risk domain credibility, or a credible plan to build it. You can engage comfortably with compliance, financial crime, and risk leaders at exchanges, financial institutions, and wallet providers.
• A track record running peer roundtables, executive dinners, or industry-event programs end-to-end without a dedicated Events team.
• Comfort operating as a one-person team. You brief creative, ship fast, and own the metric.

Nice to have

• Background in crypto, financial crime, AML, fraud, or security.
• Prior ISAC, ISAO, or industry-consortium operating experience.

What we offer

• Base salary range of $150,000-$200,000 (US only; adjusted for geography outside the United States).
• Eligibility to participate in TRM's equity plan.
