Vice-President for Growth

As Vice-President for Growth at Flash Crypto Finance, you drive user acquisition, revenue expansion, and market penetration across digital asset and government equities segments. You oversee the end-to-end growth strategy, including go-to-market planning, funnel optimization, and performance tracking for key markets, while leading cross-functional initiatives and managing a distributed team.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives spanning sales, marketing, product, operations, and compliance
• Design and execute sales and business development programs to drive revenue growth and convert strategic opportunities into long-term accounts
• Develop and execute growth roadmaps and data-driven go-to-market strategies for key markets
• Build and mentor a high-performing, distributed team across time zones
• Build strategic partnerships and guide marketing campaigns that strengthen Flash Crypto Finance's brand and market share
• Set growth KPIs, analyze data to inform decisions, and present progress and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure growth plans align with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations

What you bring

• Demonstrated expertise in sales with a track record of driving revenue growth and converting strategic opportunities into long-term accounts
• Strong team leadership capabilities, including building, mentoring, and managing high-performing, distributed teams
• Proven experience developing and executing growth roadmaps and data-driven go-to-market strategies
• Hands-on business development skills, including partnership building, deal negotiation, and market expansion in complex financial or tech ecosystems
• Solid marketing knowledge with experience in performance marketing, brand positioning, and growth-focused campaigns
• Background in fintech, digital assets, trading platforms, or financial services, with familiarity with global regulatory and compliance considerations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights and influence at executive level
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Comfort working in a remote-first environment with strong self-management and collaboration skills across time zones
