Education Content Creator - FTC

As an Education Content Creator at Elliptic, you'll take full ownership of our education content and Learning Management System (LMS) operations. This maternity cover role (a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months) sits at the heart of our Education team, working closely with our Director of Education Product Development. You'll own the design and delivery of learning solutions for customers with varied needs, from those new to crypto compliance to crypto-native professionals seeking fiat financial crime expertise.

What you'll do

• Design and build end-to-end learning experiences with compelling narratives, from storyboarding through to deployment
• Build bespoke storyboards and learning modules for banking and financial institution customers
• Create e-learning modules using Articulate Rise 360, Canva, and ElevenLabs
• Refresh, enhance, and evolve current Elliptic Learn products to keep content accurate and current
• Develop learning materials ranging from knowledge delivery to immersive, scenario-based practical exercises
• Create product-based learning to support and certify users of Elliptic's blockchain analytics tools
• Develop role-specific learning journeys across traditional finance, crypto-native, and government segments
• Own the day-to-day running of the Elliptic Learning Management System, including learner enrolment, onboarding, and troubleshooting
• Provide direct support to customers and learners, ensuring a positive overall learning experience
• Work with industry-leading subject matter experts to shape and validate content
• Collaborate on content-marketing projects
• Source, test, and deploy new technologies to enhance the learner experience
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ElevenLabs to optimise content creation, LMS workflows, and day-to-day tasks
• Identify new ideas and opportunities to enhance the Elliptic Learn proposition

What you bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end learning and instructional design, from storyboarding through build and deployment
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360, particularly Rise 360
• Experience managing an LMS and supporting the learner experience through enrolment, troubleshooting, and admin
• Experience creating learning for both B2B and B2C audiences
• Experience developing and deploying learning across multiple delivery channels
• Comfort using design and AI tools such as Canva, ElevenLabs, or equivalents to produce polished learning content
• Ability to use AI tools confidently to support and speed up content and admin tasks
• Comfort working autonomously within a small team, managing multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage directly with customers and learners
• Ability to distil complexity into useful, engaging content
• Willingness to collaborate broadly and work flexibly as priorities shift

Nice to have

• Familiarity with crypto, crypto compliance, and blockchain analytics
• Experience working with global audiences and understanding cultural nuances
• Experience creating and deploying financial crime and product training for private sector and government clients
• Experience with LearnWorlds LMS, Articulate 360, and Canva
• Experience writing, sourcing, researching, or curating content
