Engineering Delivery Manager – Web3 / Blockchain / Full Stack

As an Engineering Delivery Manager at JEWELN.ME, you combine strong technical expertise with engineering leadership and delivery ownership. You will work closely with engineering, product and business teams to turn ideas into secure, scalable and production-ready blockchain and full-stack applications. This role requires someone who has worked with Ethereum, Solidity, Smart Contracts, Web3 and modern full-stack technologies and is ready to take ownership of large-scale engineering delivery.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing software engineering teams.
• Provide technical direction and support engineers in solving complex problems.
• Build a strong culture of ownership, engineering quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct technical discussions, architecture reviews and code and design reviews.
• Lead development of Ethereum and Solidity-based applications.
• Work with Smart Contracts, Web3 applications and blockchain architectures.
• Guide teams on security, scalability, performance and best practices for blockchain systems.
• Participate in the architecture and technical design of decentralized applications and Web3 platforms.
• Provide technical guidance across Solidity, Ethereum, Smart Contracts, Node.js, NestJS, React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Review scalable backend, frontend and API architectures.
• Ensure engineering teams follow high standards for code quality, testing and performance.
• Own engineering delivery from planning through architecture, development, testing, deployment and production.
• Work with Product, Business and Engineering stakeholders to define priorities and milestones.
• Manage sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Track project timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery commitments.
• Identify delivery challenges early and drive them toward resolution.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams on AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD infrastructure.
• Drive engineering practices around security, reliability, scalability and performance.

What you bring

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering or software development teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Blockchain, Ethereum, Solidity, Web3 and Smart Contracts.
• Strong experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Strong experience with React.js, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable application development.
• Proven experience managing engineering delivery and technical execution.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
