[EU] ICT Incident Manager

As an ICT Incident Manager at Bybit, you manage the detection, response, and resolution of ICT-related incidents across our EU operations. You develop and maintain communication strategies for incident reporting, oversee business continuity and crisis response activation, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution while maintaining regulatory compliance and transparency.

What you'll do

• Detect, address, and resolve ICT-related incidents efficiently to minimize operational disruptions
• Develop, implement, and manage communication strategies for ICT and encryption-related incidents, ensuring efficient and clear reporting
• Implement ICT business continuity and ICT response and recovery plans during crisis activation and conduct regular exercises
• Handle encryption-related incidents while ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining operational resilience
• Promptly detect, escalate, and document incidents, coordinating responses to ensure timely resolution and prevent recurrence
• Manage all incident-related communication and company announcements for EU operations, particularly those with regulatory relevance
• Ensure timely and accurate information dissemination to stakeholders to support operational and regulatory obligations
• Coordinate and assist in the global ICT Incident and Communication practice
• Perform other IT duties as assigned by the EU CISO

What you bring

• At least 3-5 years of work experience in financial services with deep knowledge of banking regulation, ideally with experience of DORA
• Experience with incident management tools and IT service management (ITSM)
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and the crypto industry
• Project implementation and management experience
• Strong learning, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in German and English; Mandarin is a plus
• Based in-person at our Vienna headquarters
