[EU] Senior Growth Product Manager — User Activation (Europe)

As a Senior Growth Product Manager for User Activation at Bybit, you own the end-to-end app user experience for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users. You drive product distribution efficiency, user journey fluency, and regional activation across European markets, balancing global product vision with local relevance, regulatory compliance, and cultural nuances.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end app user experience, driving improvements in product distribution efficiency and user journey fluency
• Establish app-wide product experience standards and design guidelines to ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Lead user-facing design for innovative products such as AI-powered trading, exploring new approaches to improve trading retention
• Define user segmentation and conversion strategies for trading products to increase transaction frequency and depth
• Own the localization strategy for European markets, ensuring product flows, copy, visuals, and UX patterns are adapted for key EU markets including DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, and CEE, accounting for cultural nuances, local user behavior, and regional regulatory requirements such as MiCA and local AML frameworks
• Drive regional activation and conversion optimization by identifying market-specific friction points in the European user journey and tailoring onboarding, KYC flows, nudges, and feature presentation to local user expectations and compliance requirements

What you bring

• 5+ years of user-facing product experience, ideally from a trading platform or fintech background
• Proven ability to take innovative products from 0 to 1 with hands-on execution
• Platform-level product thinking, able to build frameworks and standards that scale team output
• Experience with user segmentation and conversion funnel optimization, grounded in data-informed decision making
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to drive results independently in complex organizations
• Experience managing localization for multi-market European products, including understanding of i18n workflows, vendor management, and how to balance a global product with local relevance across fragmented European markets
• Deep familiarity with European user behavior and market nuances across Western, Northern, Southern, and Central/Eastern Europe
• Working knowledge of the European regulatory landscape, including MiCA, GDPR, and how compliance shapes the user experience through KYC/KYB flows, risk disclosures, and marketing restrictions
