As Chief Product Officer for Europe at Bybit, you lead product strategy, management, and business intelligence across the region for one of the world's leading cryptocurrency exchanges serving over 80 million users. You own the European product roadmap, oversee product management and business intelligence functions, and ensure all product development aligns with European regulatory frameworks including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, and DORA while driving innovation and growth across trading, payments, and investment services.

What you'll do

• Define and execute the European product strategy aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
• Own the European product roadmap, priorities, investment allocation, and portfolio performance.
• Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth.
• Develop competitive product propositions across priority European markets.
• Lead the European Product Management function, overseeing product managers and end-to-end product lifecycle management from discovery through execution.
• Drive product development across spot trading, derivatives, payments, and investment services, subject to regulatory approvals.
• Translate business requirements and customer insights into product specifications and development priorities.
• Partner with Technology, Engineering, and global Product teams to ensure effective product delivery and scalability.
• Lead the European Business Intelligence function, providing actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Own business performance reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across products, customers, and commercial activities.
• Drive customer segmentation, market intelligence, revenue analysis, and business forecasting.
• Identify growth opportunities and performance improvements through data-driven insights.
• Own the product experience across onboarding, KYC, trading, payments, and customer engagement.
• Drive product adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
• Use customer research, analytics, and experimentation to continuously improve product performance.
• Ensure intuitive, reliable, and competitive digital experiences across European markets.
• Ensure product development and launches meet applicable European regulatory requirements, including MiCA, EMI, MiFID II, DORA, and payment services regulations.
• Establish effective product governance covering product approval, risk assessment, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure appropriate product controls, customer protection, and regulatory readiness.
• Build and lead high-performing European Product Management and Business Intelligence teams.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and accountability across both functions.
• Act as a key member of the European executive leadership team, contributing to business strategy and commercial growth.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align product capabilities with European market and regulatory requirements.

What you bring

• 15+ years of relevant experience in product management, digital financial services, or technology, including significant executive leadership experience in crypto, fintech, trading, brokerage, or capital markets.
• Proven experience leading product strategies, multi-market product portfolios, and high-performing international teams.
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, derivatives, digital assets, payments, and investment services.
• Demonstrated experience developing and launching financial products in regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading Product Management and Business Intelligence functions.
• Strong knowledge of European regulatory frameworks, including MiCA, MiFID II, EMI, DORA, and payment services regulations.
• Experience in product analytics, business intelligence, customer segmentation, financial forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with experience managing product adoption, conversion, trading volumes, retention, and revenue.
• Experience working with agile development methodologies, digital platforms, UX/UI, and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field (equivalent relevant professional experience considered).
