Product Director, Localisation & AI Evals

As Product Director for Localisation & AI Evals at OKX, you will lead the build and launch of frontier agentic systems that solve one of Web3's hardest problems: delivering translation quality at scale across 20+ languages and rapidly evolving markets. You own two interconnected products from 0 to 1: an agentic translation system with human-in-the-loop control, and a self-improving autonomous QA agent that evaluates and closes quality gaps in real time. This is a build-the-frontier role, not a manage-the-vendor role. You will lead a squad of product managers and developers alongside language managers to ship these systems into production and make localisation quality something the entire organisation owns.

What you'll do

• Architect and ship the agentic translation system end to end across all markets and 20+ languages, where models carry the work and humans set the standard and make the final call, breaking the cost curve so quality stays flat while coverage scales across languages, content, and release velocity.
• Ensure the translation system interoperates cleanly with OKX's existing localisation stack and content pipelines rather than existing as an isolated system.
• Build an autonomous QA agent that evaluates translation and localisation quality at scale, catching regressions before release and monitoring in production, using LLM-as-a-judge and eval harnesses rather than manual review.
• Evaluate not just accuracy and fluency but cultural fit, bias, and safety, especially on regulated and financial content where incorrect or non-compliant phrasing poses real risk.
• Define and drive a hard quality signal such as human-acceptance rate or Translation Time-to-Edit, making quality a measurable metric the system optimises against rather than a subjective call.
• Protect conversion on key user journeys so language or localisation issues never adversely affect the funnel.
• Drive sustained reduction in severe and recurring production issues, turning every escape into a new guardrail and making the system smarter with every release.
• Lead a squad of product managers and developers and work hand-in-hand with language managers to make these three groups operate as one team.

What you bring

• Proven track record as a PM leader who has taken a frontier agentic product from 0 to 1, beyond translation.
• Demonstrated ability to ship genuinely novel products at the edge of LLM capabilities and repeat that success.
• Accountability for business outcomes and experience being measured on business metrics, not delivery volume.
• Deep hands-on experience building large-scale, frontier-LLM agentic systems from 0 to 1.
• Experience with harness and orchestration layers, multi-agent workflows, and LLM-as-a-judge or automated evaluation pipelines.
• Track record building quality systems, automated evaluations, or release gates that enable confident autonomous-system launches.
• International product experience serving users across multiple languages and regions.
