Event Design Coordinator (Remote / Europe)

As an Event Design Coordinator at Tether, you manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests from teams across the business. You work hand-in-hand with designers to turn fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks around timeline, brand, print specification, and logistics before they become problems.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests across Tether, scoping each request clearly (deliverable type, format, quantity, deadline, dimensions, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements) and flagging conflicting timelines or missing information immediately with workable solutions.
• Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specifications so work is right the first time, and manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
• Review every designer deliverable before it reaches the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specifications (booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
• Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch, such as typos, wrong sizing, low-resolution exports, broken links, and outdated logos, and maintain a QA checklist that scales across event types.
• Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive using a clear, consistent structure, so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs and timelines.
• Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
• Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners to confirm specifications and delivery windows, and keep stakeholders aligned with clear, proactive status updates.
• Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines, and continuously improve the intake and review process based on lessons learned from each event.

What you bring

• Excellent English communication skills
• A track record managing event creative requests or similar design-adjacent project coordination
• Hands-on understanding of both the creative process and the operational realities of live events (print specifications, vendor timelines, logistics)
• Ability to spot risk early, such as misaligned bleed lines, missing dielines, or vendor deadlines about to slip, and fix them proactively
• Experience reviewing print and digital design deliverables for brand consistency, technical accuracy (color mode, resolution, file format, dimensions), and platform requirements
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and maintain scalable processes
