Executive Recruiter

As an Executive Recruiter at Hut 8, you'll own specialized executive searches across energy, power, and infrastructure. Rather than processing a queue of requisitions, you map the market, build a proactive talent network, and design each search strategy from the ground up. You become a trusted strategic partner to leadership, translating business priorities into hiring plans and earning credibility at the executive table.

What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to turn business priorities into hiring plans, flag talent constraints early, and challenge assumptions on scope, timing, and compensation when the market indicates otherwise
• Build and maintain a live network of specialized energy talent through strategic and proactive engagements, not only when a role is open
• Run multiple niche searches simultaneously with the rigor, quality and urgency required, finding candidates who don't apply and leading them through every stage of the process to a successful close
• Develop working knowledge of energy, power, and infrastructure markets deep enough to hold credible conversations with candidates and hiring managers about the work itself
• Track and share talent availability, compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring activity to inform how Hut 8 positions itself
• Own candidate experience end-to-end, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through offer

What you bring

• Executive search experience recruiting specialized roles, at a search firm or in-house, with the ability to speak credibly about the market rather than just source from it
• A hunter's mentality: you know where top energy talent lives, what motivates them, and how to engage them before they're actively looking
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision across all audiences, advise senior leaders, push back on unrealistic requirements, and maintain their trust
• Comfort building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, energized by ambiguity rather than slowed by it

• Familiarity with the energy and power industry, with genuine curiosity to go deeper

What we offer

• Onsite role, five days a week at our corporate headquarters in the Brickell area of Miami, Florida. Candidates must be Miami-based or willing to relocate
